The Bulbous Bag of Birbs

Goose: A single goose that is ambivalent towards party. If left alone suffiencently long (five minutes) it will lay a golden egg worth 1,000 gp. The goose will defend this egg to near death, at which point it will attempt to flee. If the goose escapes it will eventually return to avenge it's stolen egg (as a goose hydra or having levels in barbarian).

Chicken: 1d4 chickens that are indifferent to friendly to party.

Pigeon: 1d8 pigeons that are indifferent to friendly towards the party. These are the dumbest animals you've ever met, as they would walk single file into a blade trap for a piece of corn.

Magpie: 1d4 magpies that are friendly towards the party unless provoked. They can perform small bird favors (scouting, retrieving small things, bothering/distracting an enemy) if gifted shiny or tasy things. These birds crave mischief, snacks, and shiny things above all but health and safety, and remember grudges for years after an offense.

Raptors: 1d2 birds of prey (owls, hawks, small eagles) that are ambivalent towards the party unless provoked. They will immediately try to hunt any creatures within sight that are under 25 lbs.

Humming bird: 1d20 humming birds that are ambivalent towards the party unless provoked. They will immediately attack any other birds within sight.

Canaries: 1d10 canaries that are friendly towards party. They will warn of any danger within 60 feet, but otherwise never engage.

Penguin: A single penguin, it's more confused than you are.

Sapeint Raven: A single sapient raven that is mildly friendly and helpful towards the party (changeable dependant on the party's previous relationships with the raven and/or magpies) but has it's own agenda to concern itself with. It is a wild magic sorcerer that is the same level as the party and has an approximate knowledge of many things. It is the same raven every time that this roll is achieved.

Cassowary: A single cassowary that is immediately hostile to all living things within 30 feet.
